"Card not renewed..."
Ive had a SAGA credit card for over 5 years. It expired in January 09 and I was not sent a new card. On inquiring I was told (after almost 2hours of phone calls to various departments) that the card I used was to be replaced with a Platinum card for which I had to apply.
I applied on the phone only to be sent a form to sign. A week later a request for bank statement, passport, utility bill etc. No acknowledgment that I have had a card for years!
Im 77 and could do without the hassle!
