I have my mortgage with Bank of Ireland - After my husband has had a terrible month as a self employed taxi driver with the snow i was worried sick that i could not make the full payment - i have just spoke to a lovely guy who understood my worries and could not have been nicer - Well done!!!

The Bank of Ireland are completely incompetent. Without going a rant - time and time again I have to ring them to try and fix their mistakes (the latest one being the 8th)!
