Your commentsWhen I noticed that the Bank of Scotland were offering 5.38% on their Total Business Account, I rang them and asked to switch my Direct Business Account to their new product. I was told that it was for new customers only. I then suggested I keep my existing account with them and open a new Total Business Account with them, and was refused. I then said I would then close all my existing accounts with them and return as a new customer so that I could apply for their new product. I was told that it would not be possible as I had already told them this was what I was going to do. I've just sent in a letter by post to close all my accounts with them. I had emailed them via their website after logging in and told them that I wanted my accounts closed. No response yet. So I rang them and was told that I needed to write to them. But why then did no one ever bother to respond to me?
