"Very Bad Credit Score Internal Assisment System"
Capital One has very bad Credit Score Internal / External Assesment System. I've applied a card online and they refused my application on the bases of my credit score feed back from Credit Report Company.
When I ordered my Credit Report, The Score was excellent. Again I contact them and I told them my credit score in perfect for the card I've applied than they said our internal score calcuation system shows us your credit scoreing is bad so we can not disclose score.
Overall bad experiece with Capital One. I'll not recommad this Company either they dont have proper credit scoreing assisment system or haveing a poor system.

Never again will i get a capital one credit card. Capital one customer contact service are very rude and hard to understand. and the online service is not the best. in this day in age, it seems a personal service has been forgotten and profits are what its all about. shame
