"The world's worst ever credit card"
Started out ok until I refused to pay by direct debit, as I wished to pay more than the minimum monthly amount. I cancelled the card but for the following two years, even after asking to be removed from their mailing lists, I continued to be sent satisfaction surveys and other junk mail, with my closed account number still on the correspondence. Advisors on the phone are useless, as are their account managers. Avoid like the plague!

Pour customer service. Started with 15% APR with 0% on transfers and ended up incising to 29.9% after three years and £ 16 charge if you accidentally get over the limit (even if it is £ 1 over).
