How long will it take to repay with the Asda Reward Card
Balance transfer     Purchases
Fixed payment
By switching to the Asda Reward Card, you could pay off £1000 in by budgeting £50 each month. This would effectively cost you £50.
Minimum payment
By comparison, if you only make the minimum payment each month, it would take to repay, costing you a total of £721,725 on top of the original balance! If this seems high, that's because your minimum payment is calculated as a percentage of your balance. This means each payment will be slightly lower than the month before which will have less effect on clearing your balance. So be smart and pay as much as you can afford!

"Guest review for Asda Reward Card" Guest, 9th Mar 2011

I have been a Santander /Asda credit card customer for a while and am appalled at how they treat customers. The 1st problem is speaking to someone in a call centre in India who was rude, unwilling to deal with my query by not allowing me to speak to a more senior staff member. They operate a call back option where you have to wait 2 days and do not allow you the option of speaking to a superviser/manager as they are too busy! I wished to cancel my card cleared my balance in full and a week later received a bill even though my balance was zero. The customer service agent 'you have to pay before we cancel the card' even though my balance is cleared. The next excuse is system/technical problems not allowing the card to be cancelled. I would advise anyone to reconsider taking out an asda credit card as Santander has proven it is not customer oriented at all and if you wish to have a conversation with someone all the way in India who frankly don't have a clue then good luck
