Fancy A PayDay
Good:
Do not charge for late payments unless they are four or more days late
Bad:
They may tell you that you have been declined after they've sent you the documents
Verdict:
Compared to other lenders, they have a slightly higher charge for the amount borrowed and for quick payout but they accept people with bad credit - if you repay the loan exactly on time this could be a good way to rebuild your credit with a small loan
Fancy A Payday offer loans between £80 and £500 which you pay back on your next payday. If you're a new customer, you can borrow up to £250, if you've had a loan with them in the past they can lend up to £500.
You can apply online with Fancy A Payday. Once you complete the online application, it will be sent to a representative who will review your details and contact you with a decision. Once they have made a final decision, you will need to agree to the terms and conditions of the loan agreement. If your application is complete before 2pm, the money will be in your account on the same day. Fancy A Payday will perform a credit check on you and may need to send documents in to prove that you can afford the loan.
Fancy A Payday's charge for credit works out at £30 per £100 borrowed per month. One of the more expensive options available. Their website where you apply is not SSL secured so your details are not going to be as secure as other lenders' websites may be. Be prepared to fax documents such as bank statements over if needs be. They do offer loan extensions if you are struggling to make repayments. Realistically you can get a cheaper payday loan of other lenders who don't charge as much APR or add the "quick service" charge, many do same day payout for free. One helpful thing about this lender is if you want to extend your loan until your next payday, all you need to do is fill out the online form.
They helped me out when I was short in the month, they took there payment when was due. Would use them again if needed money in a hurray
Very poor. I meet their criteria, I passed the debit card test, my bank statements that I had to send in were clear yet I was declined. I called to see if I had made any mistakes or if, regardless of what their website says, they actually do run credit checks & I was told by a very rude & snappy individual that they do run a credit check but don't base their decision on that. I asked what made them decline me then & was told in a very smug manner "We just don't want to lend to you!" & hung up on. Stay clear, use one of the more well known lenders. I suggest Wonga.
